PT BNI Life Insurance (BNI Life) proves its commitment by paying the sum insured for the death claim and cash value to the customer's heirs with a total value of 1.3 billion rupiah. The handover was carried out symbolically by the Customer Relation Manager of BNI Melawai Raya Branch Office, Leonardo David Yuliandy accompanied by the Regional Business Head of BNI Life Region 10, Gerhard Silaen at the residence of the heirs.

The customer's heirs express their deepest gratitude for the services provided through the easy insurance claim disbursement process. 

BNI Life Business Director Neny Asriany explained that customers have 2 (two) life insurance products, namely BNI Life Plan Multipro (BLPM) and M Protection which are life insurance products plus investments to meet various needs in the future.
