Paying 1.2 Billion Sum Assured, BNI Life Proves Commitment to Customers

PT BNI Life Insurance (BNI Life) again proved its commitment by paying the sum assured to customers. The sum assured of 1.2 billion rupiah was symbolically handed over at the residence of the heirs. Also present at the claim submission ceremony were the Branch Manager of the BNI Melawai Raya Branch Office Rahma Dhoni and the Regional Marketing Office Coordinator of BNI Life Region 10 Gerhard Silaen.


The insurance product owned by the late Willi Agusta is Solusi Abadi Plus, a life insurance program that provides protection for life or until the age of 90 with a short premium payment period. The heir of the late Willi Agusta customer, Desna Murti, expressed his gratitude for BNI Life's services for processing his insurance claims quickly and easily.


BNI Life Business Director Neny Asriany explained that fulfilling promises to customers in terms of submitting claims like this can increase public awareness of the importance of having insurance protection.
