BNI Life received the 2020 Top Brand Award for the Sharia Insurance Category. This is the second time the Company has received the award. BNI Life won the 2020 Top Brand Award from Marketing Magazine. The award was received directly by Shadiq Akasya, Main Director of BNI Life on Wednesday, February 19 2020 at Hotel Mulia, Senayan.
BNI Life achieved the highest index assessment for sharia insurance with a score of 34.6% through 2 survey criteria involving 14,000 respondents conducted in 15 large cities including Jabodetabek, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Banjarmasin, Makassar, Denpasar and Manado, said Shadiq.
The Top Brand Index (TBI) methodology for the sharia insurance category uses 3 parameters including first Top of Mind Awareness, which is based on the brand first mentioned by the respondent, second Last Used, which is based on the brand used by the respondent, third Future Intention, that is, it is based on the brand that the respondent wants to use in the future.
Sadiq explained that with this Top Brand award, BNI Life saw business opportunities in the sharia life insurance business industry in Indonesia. The success of BNI Life in winning this award cannot be separated from the participation and support of digital branding which is carried out regularly by the Company to the Indonesian people as a form of engagement and service.
