PT BNI Life Insurance (BNI Life) held the launching event of the Palma Jakarta Telesales Center. This event was held at the Palma Tower building, Jakarta on Friday (9/4). Also attending the event were BNI Life President Director Shadiq Akasya, BNI Life Finance Director Eben Eser Nainggolan & BNI Life Business Director Neny Asriany.
Neny explained that this Telesales initiative is a form of decentralization of Telesales, which was previously divided into two places, namely the Bidakara Building and the Smesco Building Jakarta, to be spread over 5 locations, namely Menara Palma Jakarta, Pondok Cina Depok, Sukabumi, Kuningan and Semarang.
We hope that the Palma Telesales Center will not only have a good operational system and reliable Telesales staff, but also become a model for Telesales outside Jakarta, explained Neny.
