Research conducted by Nielsen for this award was previously carried out in six major Indonesian cities, namely Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Semarang, Medan and Makassar, involving 3,300 people from the middle and upper classes aged 18-55 years.

The award was immediately received by BNI Life Finance Director Eben Eser Nainggolan at the Mulia Hotel, Jakarta on Thursday (25/7/2019).

BNI Life Finance Director, Eben Eser Nainggolan, said that the Corporate Image Award is the highest award for companies with the best reputation in Indonesia. BNI Life obtained the highest index and ranked first in the life insurance category based on total assets of IDR 10-20 trillion among four other industries.

For its category, BNI Life was selected as the life insurance company with the best reputation with the highest score, namely 1,423. This score was obtained based on survey results from 3,000 respondents consisting of 660 for the public panel, 1,140 for the management panel, 1,020 for the investor panel, and 180 for the journalist panel. and held in March-April 2019.

The survey sampling method was carried out using face to face interviews for management respondents, while for stock holders/investors and journalists used purposive sampling. As for public respondents, the survey sample was carried out using multistage area random sampling.
