During the pandemic we are spending more time at home. The lack of outdoor activities that we do makes our weight increase because basically the intake we consume remains the same. There is concern about being overweight and the diseases that accompany it.

Even at home and limiting our outdoor activities, we can still maintain our health and fitness. Here are some things you can do to keep your weight stable while doing activities at home.

  1. Eat healthy food

Eating healthy foods is not only good for your health but can also help reduce stress. Especially during a pandemic, we need a strong immune system to avoid various diseases.

  1. Regularly eat vegetables

Consumption of green vegetables will help increase endurance, especially if we often do activities at home, we will be less exposed to sunlight. Green vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, carrots, and others will also help to maintain weight.

  1. Do exercise at home

Can't be blamed at this time some of us limit going out of the house only for important things and exercise may not be included in that important thing. Especially sports in public places such as sports arenas or the gym, but even though we are active from home, it doesn't mean we have to be lazy and sit still all day. We can get used to doing light sports that do not require large areas such as push-ups, sit-ups, or jump rope. These three sports will help balance your weight so that there is energy that comes out and can be done from inside the house and even in the room.

There are many ways you can do to maintain weight during a pandemic. Because with balanced body weight or BMI below 30, it will make us more fit in carrying out activities and maintaining endurance.
