Qualifications:

•    Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (with 2 years of sales experience).

•    Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Associate’s degree (D3) in any major

•    Experience in sales, banking, or insurance is a plus.

•    Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

•    Enjoys target-oriented and sales-driven work.

•    Does not currently hold an active AAJI license (if previously held).

Job Description:

•    Develop life insurance sales plans within BNI Bank branch outlets

•    Conduct life insurance sales activities within BNI Bank branch outlets

•    Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (BNI Bank) and external stakeholders (customers)
