Herman Jansen Butarbutar – BNI Jambi Branch Office. In order to celebrate the 75th anniversary of BNI, its regional office 03 conducted socialization on how to purchase BNI Life’s micro-insurance via Agen46. This strategic initiative was proposed by the leader of region 03, Mr. Sunarna Eka Nugraha, and is spread throughout region 03 which includes 5 provinces, namely South Sumatra, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, Bengkulu, and Jambi.

Mr. Sunarna stated that this activity was carried out in the context of empowering business potential through the empowerment of BNI Agen46. It is also to promote BNI Life micro-insurance products at BNI Agen46 to the wider community through increasing digital capability in order to meet customer needs, he said.

This initiative, as continued by Mr. Sunarna, will lead to an increase in CASA and FBI in order to support a sustainable bank business. The launch was done virtually through the Zoom application, accompanied by Mr. Nugroho Windria Yudi Antono as WPW 1, Mr. Sadewa Penta Dharma as WPW 2, and Mr. Juma Indra as WPW 3 BNI regional office 03. Furthermore, Mr. Rico Herdiansyah as BNI Life’s CRMO W03 which presents all BNI branch offices and outlets in region 03 along with representatives of Agent 46 at each outlet attended the launch.

Time Variation

Mr. Sunarna added that the BNI Life Pandai+ micro-insurance has several variations of the insurance period e.g., 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. As well as with various benefits and replacement values for the insured who dies due to an accident, dies due to illness, total or partial permanent disability due to an accident, reimbursement of hospitalization costs due to accidents, and reimbursement of surgical costs due to accidents.

This activity delivers a message to the public that insurance registration is not complicated, easy and cheap, said Mr. Sunarna. It is proven through the collaboration between Agen46 and BNI Life, he continued, encouraging Agen46 to sell micro-insurance which then brings additional income for them.

Purchasing Micro Insurance Pandai+

In this launching activity, a live purchase of micro-insurance was made via Agen46, which was attended by Mr. Sunarna Eka Nugraha as Regional Leader 03 and accompanied by Deputy Regional Leaders and BNI Life’s CRMO W03, and also attended by all participants of the zoom meeting.

The results received during the 1-day launch were obtained from closing the purchase of BNI Life Pandai+ Micro Insurance as many as 2,513 policies from customers and employees in 15 branch offices, small and medium credit centres, and regional offices. BNI region 03 realizes that its presence has also coloured the economic growth around its outlets, and a form of BNI concern for improving the welfare of the surrounding community.

Hopefully, BNI will continue to earn sincere trust in the hearts of the people and will consistently provide the best service for BNI's sustainable business growth in the community, said Mr. Sunarna.
