Terms & Conditions

1. Policies eligible for this program are those that have been paid for and approved/issued during the period up to December 31, 2025 (according to the BNI Life cut-off date) and have passed the cooling-off period of the program.
2. The prize is in the form of cash for customers and will be credited to the respective accounts of the winners.
3. Prize tax (PPh 21) is borne by the winner.
4. Customers who agree to participate in this program are required to fill out a Statement Letter regarding their participation in the program.
5. The SPAJ and Statement of Participation must be submitted as a single document.
